Illinois is lucky enough to have a player named Geronimo Allison. They’re also lucky he can make highlight-reel touchdown catches like this one.
Against Washington on Saturday, Allison fully extended for a lead pass in the corner of the end zone, holding onto the ball with his fingertips while staying n bounds. He held on to the ball the whole way down.
It was the gem in an otherwise lackluster day for the Illini who were losing, 38-19, through three quarters.
